We hope you'll enjoy our December 1, 2008 issue of Double Exposure. To begin with, we have another interesting Cover Story; "The Prolific Al Satterwhite." Al has done a lot of diverse photography throughout the years and has several books, including his latest one entitled Titans, featuring never-before-seen images of Muhummed Ali and Arnold Schwarztenegger.

Our "Double Exposure Challenge: Family Moments" competition continues. It's a major contest with lots of great prizes, and the deadline has been extended to December 29, 2008, with a story on Family Moments and the winners showcased in our Jan. 1, 2009 issue. We invite you to accept this challenge!

We also present another great tutorial by certified Photoshop instructor Steve Weinrebe, who gives us a step-by-step lesson on "Negative Vibrance." We're chock-full of Member News this month as well, and it's always a pleasure to share the successes of Photoworkshop.com members. If you are a member and have some exciting photo event to share with us, be sure to send me your news and an image at editor@photoworkshop.com.

As we move quickly toward the end of 2008, I wish everyone a happy holiday season. I know this has been a most challenging year economically, and we at Double Exposure wish for a more prosperous year ahead for all of you.

All the best,
Lynne Eodice
