Spirit of the desert - April 8-11, 2010 A creative photography workshop featuring post- production techniques with NIK software team member Bobbie Goodrich
Join acclaimed photographers Bobbie Goodrich, Rose Erato and Richard Buchbinder for an inspirational weekend of pure photography!! The emphasis is on enhancing your creative vision. Working from your raw capture, Bobbie will demo her innovative techniques for creating stunning imagery. You will leave the workshop with newly acquired skills and confidence necessary for taking your work to the next level.
Two exciting locations are planned for photographing running horses, wranglers at work and beautiful desert landscape. Followed with two full days of post production.
Workshop fee: $1,500. 50% deposit upon registration with balance due 2/25 Does not include lodging & meals, snacks & beverages provided

Workshop schedule THURSDAY April 8: Cocktail meet & greet at Richard & Rose’s desert home FRIDAY April 9: Sunrise shoot at designated ranch location brunch/lunch included at our favorite cowboy hangout in Cave Creek Sunset shoot at designated ranch location SATURDAY & SUNDAY April 10-11 9:30 am-5 pm: Post- production instruction at Terravita community center in north Scottsdale. snacks provided
Bobbie will demonstrate and you will also work hands-on along with her using photoshop cs3 or 4 and Nik software. You will need a laptop loaded with NIK filters (color efex 3.0 and silver efex) and photoshop.
